The Shared Service Centre (SSC) specializes in handling a wide range of Finance and Accounting Related services that include, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). All services are offered from a centralized location based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. AHLBS has been offering the above services to all Goodhope Group Companies for over 5 years and this in itself is testimony to our levels of skill and competency.

The Data Processing Centre (DPC) at AHLBS is a relatively new area of expertise and specializes in all non-finance and accounting related transactions such as worker and executive payroll, payment of emoluments, payment of statutory dues, expense claims verification and the preparation of expense claims report for payroll and accounting purposes while the Company is also in a position to provide your organization with a wide range of HR and Legal Services.

The AHLBS Document Management Centre (DMC) specializes in handling all documentation related activities for your organization. The conversion of paper to E Documentation, handling storage of all document (Post, Courier and Fax), archiving and retrieval facilities for documents are some of the main service offerings of the DMC. Our services will benefit your organization in many ways. Since the document archiving and management system is done electronically, the retrieval of information is much more efficient. It will save you a significant amount of space while considerably reducing your operational costs. Additionally, you will also be contributing to save our environment.

AHLBS also handles BPM related consultancy which will be undertaken via the implementation of project management modules. As your BPM Consultant, AHLBS will take on an advisory role to achieve an increase in the maturity of their Business Process Management.
